    3. To approve the Minutes of the parish council meeting held on 25th November 2009
    4. To consider matters arising from the Minutes of 25th November 2009 , not on agenda.
    5. To consider progress on the proposed playground refurbishment
    6. To consider the draft management plan for The Glebe
    7. To consider a possible S106 planning agreement for the proposed development of the former Warnborough College Site
    8. To consider the additional consultation on Your Vale – Your Future
    9. To consider the proposed parish boundary review along Foxcombe Road .
    10. To consider the budget for the year 2010/11, and to determine the parish precept.

    SUN/21078 Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of replacement 5-bed dwelling. Woodcroft, Foxcombe Lane , Boars Hill, Oxford

                            (b) to note the comments submitted on the following applications:

    SUN/14612/3 Roof extension to detached bungalow to provide additional living accommodation. 9A Sunningwell Road . Comment: Do not object but window overlooking

    No.9  should be glazed with diffused glass.

    SUN/19938/1 Two storey rear and side extension, single storey side extension. 13 Brumcombe Lane , Bayworth. Comment: No Objection

                            (c) to note the following planning decisions:

    SUN/21022 Proposed two storey and single storey extensions. 19 Sunningwell, Decision: Consent granted

                            (d) to note that the following application has been withdrawn by the applicant:

    SUN/21015 Proposed loft conversion to form 2 bedrooms and bathroom. 3A Brumcombe Lane , Bayworth

                            (e) to note that the following application has been referred to the Development Control Committee on 27 January

    SUN/21008 Demolition of existing bungalow. Erection of a four bedroomed detached chalet bungalow. 10 Long Furlong Road, Sunningwell. The PC objected to this at the last meeting.
