FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT At its meeting on 28 January 2009 Sunningwell Parish Council formally adopted the Model Publication Scheme for public authorities that had been prepared and approved by the Information Commissioner. The publication scheme commits the council to make information available to the public as part of its normal business activities.
